Project Objectives

The project objectives are two-fold:
INCREASE TRAINERS SKILLS: innovative skills addressed to trainers related to transversal competencies required by the labour market. The training sessions will be attended by a trainer from each partner organisation.
INCREASE EMPLOYABILITY AND INCLUSION OF WOMEN: new competences and skills are required to face the labour market and allow disadvantaged adult women a better employability in an increasingly fluid and changing society and in line with personal aspirations.
