Capacity building in European Project Management for Croatia for successful participation in European reasearch programs by applying the ECQA Certified EU Project Manager Training. A Know-how Transfer Center was established in Croatia and know-how has been integrated into curriculum development at university.

The EU Manager project (ManagEUr) uses this knowledge to develop a skill card for an efficient EU project manager including a training package and an online accessible skills portal which can be accessed by all European projects online. Training courses are offered for ECQA Certified EU Project Managers.
Skills International GmbH is leader of the European Job Role Committee for this profession.
