Simulation Training for Women
The project objectives of the Erasmus+ KA2 project are two-fold:
1. Increase trainer skills: innovative skills addressed to trainers related to transversal competencies required by the labour market.
2. Employability and inclusion of women: new competences and skills to face the labour market and allow disadvantaged adult women a better employability in an increasingly fluid and changing society and in line with personal aspirations
